Sometimes you might need to send us a screenshot or to record a technical glitch for the Player Support team to check. Worry not, here are some directions on how to take these actions easily, depending on the device you are playing from!
How to take a screenshot
On an iPhone:
On an Android device:
Depending on your phone:

- Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
- If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
- If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.
- At the bottom left, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture .
On an iPad:
- On an iPad with a Home button: Simultaneously press and then release the top button and the Home button.
- On other iPad models: Simultaneously press and then release the top button (on the top-right edge of iPad) and either volume button.
On a Windows PC:
- Use the 'Print Screen' button (PrtSc). You'll find it on the upper-right side of most keyboards (or next to the Space Bar on some). It will copy an image of your entire screen to the clipboard.
- Hit 'Ctrl + V' to paste it into a document.
How to record your screen
On an iPhone:
You can take a screen capture and record the audio on your iPhone.

Go to Settings > Control Center and tap next to Screen Recording.

Open Control Center , tap and wait for the three-second countdown.

To stop recording, open Control Center and tap . Alternatively, tap the red status bar at the top of the screen and tap Stop.
On an Android device:
- Swipe down twice from the top of your screen.
- Tap Screen record .
- You might need to swipe right to find it.
- If it's not there, tap Edit and drag Screen record to your Quick Settings.
- Choose what you want to record and tap Start. The recording begins after the countdown.
- You can choose whether to record audio and show touches on the screen before you start.
- To stop recording, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Screen recorder notification .
On an iPad:
- Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap the Add button next to Screen Recording.
- Open Control Center on your iPhone, or on your iPad.
- Tap the gray Record button.
- Exit Control Center to record your screen.
- To stop recording, open Control Center, then tap the red Record button.
On a Windows PC:
- Press Windows key+Alt+R. The small recording panel appears on the screen
- Click the stop button when finished
- Open the Game Bar. Your new recording now appears in the Gallery window for you to play
