Some times it helps if you restart your game by logging out and back in your acct. It will not make you start over.

Sometimes logging out of your account on each games and logging back in will fix issues with sending and receiving lives! You will not lose your spot on your games! All games should have a piggy bank on your screen. As you pass levels it will give you gold bars up to 30 of them. Anything after 30 ,you must pay to redeem your winnings over time..Im not paying $2.99-$3.99 to use them. I have earned over 60+ gold bars and I am just losing them bc it won't add more than 30 to the bank!…

I am having the exact same issue. I just keep getting all rewards but I can't find them to use them. I also can't receive new lives..I can send them all day long when it lets me but I can't find the backpack either. It doesn't show it only the new characters that I was able to redeem.. It's confusing.

I agree!!! I know I have earned 60 plus gold bars and we lose them bc it will add them to the piggy bank and then throw them out. :(. Not everyone can pay to redeem their winnings. Plus Google play store will bill you more than once if you add a card to the account.
