As I mentioned earlier in this forum, if you download the Candy Crush version from Microsoft directly onto your laptop it should work. Once you start up the game you are asked to connect to Facebook so you start on whatever level you are on I don't have windows 10

Apparently King Games would rather upset its users than remove the update they installed a few days ago. I guess they don't care about forgoing FB revenue and/or keeping its customers happy!! why do they just undo what did in the first place then the game would be OK!

No answer, just chiming in with the same problem for 5 days. I can play up to the point where a candy bomb is used, then crash - freeze - error message. Will I ever be able to play this game again through FB on my laptop? I miss it but I am tired of opening it up every day, with hopes raised that it will be fixed by now.…

I've had this problem for two weeks. Clearing cache doesn't fix the problem. Would be nice if we were updated on the issue. Dec, i am not sure how to fix the issue, i just know what i did deleted cookies,cache restarted the game waited about half hour than i try to play the game and it work .

So I cleared my cache on my internet settings - it seems like it is working now. Good enjoy Be happy!

Two whole days and no response from King. Not good! How about they at least give us an update? how about they give us all the boosters we are not getting!
