Hello Mariana, If you open the app, from the home page tap the icon in the bottom left and in here you will see the orange Kingdom icon. Here your mom will be able to input her details to recover her game. Kind regards, Johnny

Hello Chris. The game development team took the decision to end the Facebook version of the game at level 185. The levels after this are only available on mobile devices. You can still save and synchronize via Facebook, but not play the levels here. Kind regards, Johnny
