Hello, There are some steps here that might help you: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios You can also open the Facebook app, go to settings and then in the apps section find the game you want. If you tap it then it should open the game and connect. Kind regards, Johnny
