I haven't heard of that one. Can you download the game or isn't it letting you do that? Are all windows updates done? Even if you have a new laptop there will be updates that have come out since.

Its because not everyone gets it at the same time now. It depends on when the groups are moved around. Its randomly allocated by the system and changing it around will affect their data.
