  • Hiya, unfortunately it is really annoying. I wish players could opt out but it seems we can't. Which version ios are you playing on and which device? For those not playing on ios, which device are you using? Have you cleared all temporary storage, deleted any apps etc you do not use, restarted your device?

Unfortunately Petopia eats a lot of memory so you could try and remove any apps you're not using, make sure storage is cleaned and anything running in the background is closed.
