Thelma, did you uninstall and reinstall the app or reset your data on your device or switch your account to a new device? Boosters are stored locally on your device, so doing any of these things will cause you to lose your boosters. People playing on Windows 10 seem to have more levels, so can you tell me if you are running that version of Windows on your device? Let me know if that helps!
