First image, it means there will be a fish on the board at the beginning of a level. Second image, it means the double delish fish will be activated. After that, every fish you match will release two. If possible, could you try uploading a video about that error, please?

Here is my current level with balloons. It still adds fish on the board. The only reason I could think is your level does not have enough regular candies, which makes special candies not able to be added.

Thank @Spinnifix for tagging. AFAIK, if the balloon has fish, it will add 1 fish on the board. I haven't seen that kind of issue before.

I don't agree this idea. The hint in CCJS isn't like CCS, it is still visible but it does not show the white border. Moreover, the duration to show hint while the player is thinking the next move is even longer than CCS. The possible candy match is still being vibrated gently and it is very helpful with a small board.
