Hi, I'm sorry to hear that something wrong happen with the Weekly Race. Let's see if I can help to see what the issue could be. Did you play with a stable internet connection? Sometime, when playing with a unstable internet connection the game have problem syncing the data.

So, I got an answer. The way it's tracked is based on your phone provider (The country you bought your sim card in), this means that you can travel to a country and still access the game.
