So my game is back and on the right chapter/level, but I don't understand why I'm getting pop ups explaining everything to me like i'm a newbie. I'm nearly on level 7000, surely the system can differentiate between me having to just log in, and a new account?

Samsung android 12 and I can't remember the other off the top of my head, but both devices have plenty of free space, at least 5GB free, on each. I'll try and change my details again and see if it'll let me log in.

I'm typing everything in @PrettyBubbles , there's no auto fill saved on either devices at the present time.

It still works on my old device @PrettyBubbles , i'm obviously still logged in, but the device itself keeps going black so I can't use it. That's why i've installed it on other devices, yet for some reason I can't log in on either of them.

I can't access my old device at all now @PrettyBubbles , so all I can tell you is what I see now. The app opens as normal, but obviously it shows that i'm new because I can't log in. @PrettyBubbles I have replied to the above but it has to be 'approved' for some inexplicable reason. It sometimes takes days for that (i've experienced it before 🙄) which is unacceptable really when someone is asking for help. I know it's not your fault though 🤗 it's the system 😡
