This has been passed on to the studio and yes, they can confirm that prices has been changed but you should not have had to lose the pass after purchasing it so this is being investigated! As for refund for the purchase already made, you can either request the refund from the App Store and Apple/Googleโฆ

Ooh wow, that sounds a lot ๐ฎ I would at least try restarting the device which helps clean the cache and see if that at least helps.
