Hey Tammy, If you had it on a level then it won´t appear again on that level. I guess it´s meant in a way so you keep making progress. 

Hey Carole, If it just clears does that mean that you´re stuck on this level as it doesn´t blow on shells? Or have you been able to beat the level either way?

Hey Rifat, What sort of mobile are you playing on? Looks like it already got an update in the meantime.

Hey Kathie, Have you checked your internet settings? Make sure you´re properly connected to either the Kingdom or your Facebook account too. If you are and it still doesn´t work, then try removing both the Facebook and the game app from tablet. Clear cache, do a restart on your tablet and install them again both.
