No way you can close it or open it in order to remove it? If you can take a screenshot of it and post it back in here, it'll help with visibility.

If you've already deleted and restored the game on your PC, maybe log in and log out of your Kingdom account on your phone and make sure it's syncing properly.

Strange, does level 538 appear as completed with stars?

If you're playing on a Windows 10 PC I'd just install the game app directly from the Windows Store, much better than running through a browser.

Yeah you can only sync your progress and load it on a new device by either connecting to Facebook or Kingdom.

Are you getting less than 25 moves? It always looks easier in the video's because they complete the level, if we saw all the recorded failed attempts on the other hand, might not look as easy.

It could be a couple of things, either your game app on tablet is missing an updates or either game is failing to sync to Facebook or Kingdom depending which you use. If you can't see any updates available then try troubleshooting your connection in game.
