Have you checked for any game updates? Not quite sure what you mean by "IE Recharge of booster are not updating.". Which challenge are you playing to get boosters from?

Reinstalling is part of general troubleshooting with almost every app and program out there. Boosters and messages don't transfer as they don't get synced along with progress and gold bars. They stay on the device they were received on so if you still have your old phone handy you'll be able to use them. The only way you can get boosters transferred to a new device is if they were purchased.
