That's because the levels only go up to 2045 on mobile and tablet, the levels above have only been released for PC only for now.

Not sure, apparently it's linked to being connected to Facebook/Kingdom. I've been disconnecting and reconnecting to Kingdom in the game everyday just in case and seems to do the trick.
