Good to know, wasn't sure whether it would give you another set on your new phone. Yeah I've had it disappear in mine too, generally comes back after I've logged out of Kingdom, closed the game, reopened and logged back in again. Should be the same if you use Facebook instead.

When you over level 825 on the saga map, does it appear as completed or as not played? Do you have the latest update installed?

Make sure you have enough free space available on it, if you have too little it will definitely cause you some trouble. If after that it's still giving you trouble, a reinstall might help.

There are 2 options, you can sync your progress to either Facebook or Kingdom. Once synced, you'll be able to load that progress on any device by simply connecting to either your Facebook or Kingdom account. If you never connected it and still have your old iPad handy, you know what to do ;)

It's only progress and gold bars that fully sync across multiple devices. Everything else such as boosters, messages, magic beans and what have you are all locally stored on the devices memory.
