Yeah I think it was an issue a few days ago but an update was put out recently which addressed it, make sure you have the latest update for the game on your phone!

The keys drop every 5 moves starting from the 21st move, so if you don't make a move under one of the dispensers on each of these moves the keys will not fall and you have to wait another 5 moves so either the last keys don't fall at all, or the last key will fall on the last move which is too late to use the fish.

Has it been the same since you reinstalled it? There's another way to reset the connection between the game and Facebook which could help. You need to disconnect FB from the game, then log out of the FB app on your mobile and uninstall it (you can reinstall it once this is all done). Next you need to open up a web browser,…

If you really can't wait and only one option Vicki is to play on Facebook or King.com, new levels are always released there fist so if you're competing it's the only place to be.
