All other things (like gold bars, completed levels and highscores) are saved on Facebook and you'll get those back after reinstalling/reconnecting the game. Hi Hilary! Try checking if your payment options are correct on Google Play. Best way is to remove your CC details and add them again. You might also want to check if it's the Internet connection that fails - try switching from WiFi to Mobile data to see if the connection is the problem. Cheers
