@Khoddiey_Clark the yellow ribbon on your avatar is the ''milestone badge''. The game currently has 10 milestones and the milestone that you are in will be in your avatar, which means if you have completed level 10000 then your game avatar will have 10,000 badges.

@nichcole if you count the individual scores of the players on your team, they don't reach the 7000 goal. It's a glitch that happens sometimes in the game and makes you think your team has reached the goal when in fact it hasn't! Keep playing and you'll eventually get the reward.

@Denise1969 this issue has been reported by other players before. You should check that the app is updated and also your Android system is updated to latest available version. Check also that you have at least 2 GB of free memory on the device.

@aielairam have you tried the standard troubleshooting? Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again. See if this removes the message.
