Hi there, nice of you to try to help me. Yes, after all the years of playing I tried everything, but to no avail. Strangely (or not) the Candy Cup leader board magically reappeared when it was too late to qualify!! So I just gave up! Well, it was fun while it lasted....again thanks for your message

Hi @encantes The pesky pop up box has reappeared after a week where it disappeared! I had hope it was gone for good, but today, there was the screen telling me I had won the Harvest Rush and ofcourse it was followed by the 'oops you've lost your connection'. Which ofcourse I hadn't. Any further ideas

Hi @QueenB I still have the (very) old version, so it's hard to say what I think about the new version!! I haven't even got the image that @BQN537 shows in the above post I have one that looks like this , this was today And yes, I have the up to date version of the game Hi to teammate @CassD who also has the same issue
