Hi @FluffyDinosaur My episode race disappeared on Sept 6th just as I won a race and 40GB - which were never credited. As were 10GB from a choc box at the same time - never credited. I was told to send a message to customer service with my ID # . This I did. I have heard nothing since. My episode race came back a few daysβ¦

Hi again @MiladyR Not holding my breathe either! Would you believe that just as I lost the 40GB, I also completed a choc box and won 10GB more! And guess what? They never arrived either. Extremely frustrating!!!

Hi @MiladyR I had the same issue on the episode race on Sept 6th. I finished it and won and claimed 40GB. Sadly, the episode race then immediately disappeared and the GBs never were credited. The race came back a couple of days later, but am still waiting for the GBs!! I've won a couple more since and just cross my fingersβ¦

Hi @La Ley My episode race disppeared just after I won it! Sadly the 40GB I won also didn't appear! The race has now returned (it took a few days), but sadly not the GB
