Can't move past level 28

I've beat level 28 three times but the game won't let me progress to the next level.

Did you manage to bloom all 15 Big Buds as well as hitting the minimum score Kristine? If it does it to you every time, you should take a screenshot of it and share it here.

Thanks for responding. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled. Problem solved.
