Im not getting my unlocks to move on to level 41 from friends

When I accept the unlocks in my messages to go on to level 41 it doesn't tell me of it accepted also it says that I don't have any unlocks why is this?

    I don't work for King sorry Cali, I was just trying to be helpful. If you read the post it says that it might not work... I can't really offer anything else.
