Why do I keep getting bumped back down to levels I've beat?

I have been bumped back down to lower levels I have already beat as if I haven't beaten them! It's happened twice and now I am stuck playing levels about 5 games back from what I should be. What do I do? I even spent money to beat a level I have already beaten trying get back up to the level I should have already been on!

Did you use to play connected to your Facebook account or your Kingdom account?

That is crucial in order to keep your progress saved no matter what. It's easy to do;

Open the game app and select the cogwheel. This brings you to settings where you should select the orange symbol.

Choose an avatar and a nickname, enter your email address, choose a password (and remember it ;-) and go back to your level. Done!
