I passed level 117, but the game did not allow me to progress to 118, no road block is apparent, what gives?

Make sure you reinstall the app if you´re playing on iOS. For Android, update to version 1.3.0 as I found here https://care.king.com/en/blossom-blast-saga/blossom-blast-issue
