My phone updated the app but now the level I was at is not loading. Something wrong with the update?

I have tried the latest versions for both iOS and Android and at my devices the apps are working just fine. Sometimes it is the level itself that is faulty, if you tell us the level and what kind of phone/tablet you have we might become wiser together and find you a solution! ;-)
