Why can't i upgrade my blossom blast saga to version 1.5.1?

Friends informed me that their blossom blast saga version has been updated from version 1.4 to 1.5.1 since 17 Feb 2016 but I am still stuck with v1.4

That's weird, the only thing I can think of is restriction by location, either that or maybe your OS or the Play Store needs updating as well. I'd double check that if you haven't already CKF

Google Playstore. Whenever I open the details of the app in Goggle Playstore it is still the same v1.4 with no update.

Which store is this from, Google Play or App Store? Have you checked manually there to see whether it's available?
