Stuck on loading flower.

Hello, I am completely unable to send lives or connect with anyone else playing the game. I haven't connected to Facebook and it still shows random players to send help to so I try that and end up having to crash the game because it freezes on that page with the loading flower in the middle of the screen. I am able to use the internet with every other game so it is not my internet connection just blossom sagas inability to connect. 

Please help.

First thing to do if you haven't already is look for any updates available for the game. If there isn't any, it's usually best to reinstall but I'd connect your game to FB or Kingdom first so that your progress is safe! Otherwise it'll be lost
