cannot receive lives from friends

good morning

blossom blast saga.....i try to receive the extra lives from friend and every time i try it goes to the facebook page,,says confirmed and logged in and then goes back to the game...i cannot send lives or help as it does the same thing every time...i play on ipad mini if that helps at all..have tried logging in and out of facebook,,and turning tablet off and on..nothing seems to work.

i am updated, always logged into facebook,,have excellent wifi...

i used to be able to receive and send without it going to the facebook page before the game updated..dont want to uninstall and reinstall as i am on level 147 (super difficult by the way)

any help would be appreciated

If you're connected with Facebook then your progress will be saved so it's quite safe to delete the game and reinstall it. 

I can't think of what else you can do for this issue. It's strange if you're logged in and it keeps going to facebook as if you're not. Can you clear the cache of your tablet and restart it? Maybe give that a go before deleting.
