Blossom blast will not open level 301

I recently passed level 300 and my picture moved to level 301. When I try to open it to play, it only pops my name up at the bottom of my screen. I am attempting in my phone.

Yep. iPad mini iOS version 9.3.1 and iPhone 6S iOS version 9.3.1
