THIS MUST BE MY MILLIONTH MESSAGE ABOUT THIS. LEVEL 242 ON BBS IS STUCK FOR ME AND EVERYONE ELSE SO WE CAN'T PLAY ON AND WE ARE NOT SPENDING ANY MONEY WHICH CAN'T BE GOOD FOR YOU AND IF YOU DON'T SORT IT SOON I WILL BOYCOTT ALL YOUR KING GAMES!!

Well Laura I guess they will be the first ones interested in resolving this for you and everyone else. 

I'm not a game developer, nor an artist and no IT guy either, but maybe at times things might not seem to be that easy to fix?

Writing in Caps Lock and sending a million messages might not help, try this instead:

uninstall the game, clear cache, restart your mobile and install the game again.
