Why can't I get more than one life when I have received more than that?

This happens every single time I use up the 5 lives I start the game with: I had three messages in my mailbox. I used up my lives so went to the mailbox where I had three lives sent to me from three different people. I clicked on accept all, and all I got was one life. Every single time no matter how many lives are sent to me, all I get is one. And the audio is still a mess, I have to turn off the music to play or it sounds like choppy static, and the sound gets choppy at times also. None of these problems occur with any other King game and I play almost all of them including the new Bubble Witch Saga 3, which has no issues like this. This game is badly programmed, fix it!

No, I sure didn't do that, because it's bogus advice at best and at worst it solves nothing. This is bad programming, plain and simple, changing browsers is not a solution, particularly when all other King games play perfectly well in the browser I choose to use.
