Can someone please tell me how to get flowers into the middle section when there are no matches on the bottom section? They are too far away to Blast them and I have had to just quit the level numerous times.

I have watched a ton of videos but in all of the videos, there is always a valid move available on the bottom. There is no way to get any further if there are no available moves in the bottom section and I am getting super frustrated. I was hoping there was a super secret trick, but I think it's a glitch. I haven't run across this in the 698 levels I have already solved. I am hoping there is an update coming soon and King has realized this is unpassable if you don't get the proper flower placement in the bottom section.

I am level 1313, and the entire time I have been playing this game, I have always wondered what’s the difference of getting 1,2, or 3 star? There is no incentive to strive for 3 star since I don’t see getting anything but higher points.
