Why? After having played those levels a lot of times for 3 stars I would feel cheated now if the target was lowered.

Hello, I'm having trouble with level 103. No matter what I do, I can't win. When I tap on the chocolate fish power-ups, instead of helping, they move to unnecessary chocolates and prevent me from winning. Please address this so I can pass this level.
