Problems with purchase not loading 2 game

I purchased some gold bricks five of them costing for 4.99 I bought two of those I received my text messages letting me know that the purchases were successful but the purchases never loaded onto my game how do I get my refund or how do I get the 10 gold bricks at it to my Blossom Saga blast game. I did the first purchases through my system to where it was just billed to my cell phone but the money came out of my account because my bill is automatically paid and I still have the text messages letting me know that the two purchases went through. I enjoy playing the game and that was the first time that I purchased anything via that game and I would really appreciate it if someone could shed some light on the situation so that I can get my refund or what I purchase loaded to the game itself.
