Blossom Blast Freezes on first page and will not load.

Hi, I can no longer run the game it freezes on the first splash screen "king" I have tried deleting and reinstalling twice. I have a pixel XL and the game has been running great for at least a year. No updates or anything like that recently. Any ideas? I have plenty of space free (1.5 Gb) and a good internet connection. Thanks, Rich

Does the game open without logging in with an account? Are you using a King or Facebook account?

Hi, none of those tops worked unfortunately. It is the King app I use, not Facebook. Everything is updated, tried deleting, restarting the phone then reloading app. Have 4.5 gb free on phone. Nothing works, I just get the King screen and nothing else. Great wifi WiFi and data connection. Thanks for trying.

Where you go to log in on the app you either log in with Facebook a king account or no account. Can you switch which you are logging in with to see if it will load.. since you have reinstalled and not lost progress it is a King (orange) or Face book. Try just logging out and clicking play with out logging in to either

Thanks for your continued help. Unfortunately that hasn't solved anything. I cannot make a choice of how I want to log in. Normally when it worked it would long in using FB.
With that in mind, I deleted FB, no change. So I deleted both and reloaded blossom blast, same problem. Reloaded FB but didn't log in, same problem. Logged back in and same problem. It is very frustrating. Just freezes on the King splash screen.

Who is awesome? You are awesome Justplaying!! Thank you so much, clearing the cache and data did it. Once it loaded I signed into FB and it took me right back to level 513.
