Blossom Blast won’t load on iOS.

When I try to load Blossom Blast, all I get is the orange King screen. No white dots or loading % Any ideas how i can solve this? Im using an iPad and my other King games open with no problem. Thanks.

Hi guys,

Great news! Our Tech Team has released new version that are already available for your mobile devices. All you need to do is go and update the game to solve the problem and start playing again

Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know that our Tech Team think to have most likely found the root cause to the issue and is actively working on a fix. New release should come in the next days (no exact date nor ETA though) so there is hope that it will soon be a bad memory.

We will keep you updated as soon as possible but for now all we can do is wait. Thanks a lot for your patience everyone

I’ve reinstalled the game AND lost all my progress in the process, I’ve followed iOS instructions of restarting device etc yet I’m still unable to get past the orange king logo screen!! It’s been going on far too long for you to have not fixed it!!

How to delete blossom blast saga

Hi Cherry,

On your phone usually pressing and holding the app icon will give the option to uninstall. Then you can reinstall from the app store. On Facebook in the top right you can click on more beside my games then the cog wheel of the app you wish to remove. At the bottom of that window click remove app. You can add games by clicking on find games in the my games windows, searching for a game and selecting play now.

I can’t open blossom blast as well. Is this a result of loading ios12?

I have the same problem. Just happened when I upgraded the app yesterday.

Also happened with another iOS upgrade earlier this year. If you remove it and then add it back you lose everything and go back to level 1, if you’ve not joined the community before

Blossom Blast will not load this morning. Was fine last night. I tried upgrading app but same results. Orange screen then nothing. Other King games load with no issues.

Farm Hero’s opens no problem, but no blast. I haven’t done the update to my ipad yet.

Blossom blast wouldn’t open up, just a orange screen, sometimes goes to black then i am kicked out of game. I updated and nothing has changed. Sometimes it worked slowly but not what is happening now. I hope it gets fixed for all of us that are having trouble. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Same Here. Stays on the opening King welcome screen, waited until my screen dimmed and finally shuts off.

Just updated the app and currently on iOS 12.1. Will my daily login rewards be reset to Day 1 if I missed today due to this problem?
