Game progress not restored via Facebook account?

 Any idea why connecting my Facebook account after downloading Blossom Blast on a new phone will not restore previous progress? Great game but I'm unwilling to play through hundreds of levels again.

because it's a popular social media and i have a lot of friends so I want to invite them

Hi @AndyG and @Mdislam Welcome to the Blossom Blast Saga Community

It should restore progress if you log in with the same Facebook account. Try logging out of the game and out of the Facebook app. Shut down the phone all the way for 10 seconds. Turn it back on and log into game. Does it ask you which Facebook account to use and password?

Thanks for the suggestion @JustPlaying. Tried your solution but remained stuck at level 1 again.

@AndyG If you log in on a computer and open the game in Facebook what level are you at? This will verify what it is actually syncing to.
