Annoying bar on home screen

How do I get rid of the bar with other players progress, across the middle of the home screen? This is only on iPad and iPhone not on PC.

Hello, I'm having trouble with level 103. No matter what I do, I can't win. When I tap on the chocolate fish power-ups, instead of helping, they move to unnecessary chocolates and prevent me from winning. Please address this so I can pass this level.
