Daily Daisies boosters all lost after playing on new phone

Hi, I'd built up quite a collection of Daily Daisies boosters in my game (around 50 shovels and 30 each of watering cans & colour change) - however I recently bought a new phone and when I logged into the game all of my boosters had disappeared! I haven't lost my level progress or my gold bars, just my boosters - does anyone know how I can get them back? Really disappointed as it's taken me a while to collect them all

P.S. I've already tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game but it hasn't made a difference

Hi @LynneP

Boosters and lives are saved in your device locally  - this allows you to use them while offline but it also means that you cannot move them from one device to another. Find out more about saving your boosters here. 

In any case, could you check your user ID so I can take a closer look. You will find your user ID like this.
