Hello @tjtktjtj, sorry for the delay on my reply! I've been busy

There's no plan right now to develop it as we are focusing in different features to improve the game. We will investigate in the future different ways to speed up the game, not necessarily inside the levels but on the transitions where it takes too long. But again, we need to take care of another things first so don't wait for it, I hope you can enjoy the features we're preparing instead!

I'm moving this post you created to the one that already exists so @Paula_Báguena has a better chance of seeing your comment.

In general I would recommend keeping your game always up to date, so you will receive all changes made in the game. These tests are first made with a smaller group of players so if this would be an option in the future, unfortunately we can't guarantee that you'll get this test.

But fingers crossed it will be a feature in the future! 🤞

Yeah you're right @Jelly Jenny, the speed up feature has been disabled. We realised it wasn't designed in the best way and most of our players weren't happy about it! We'd like to improve it by making it optional in the game so you can enable/disbale it, but I'm afraid it won't happen in the following weeks.

The speeding up the blossoms was a test the game studio was running and I think it has ended for now. The game studio usually tests some new additions to the game with a portion of the players, and sometimes they don't make it through the test period.

@Paula_Báguena did you have more details about it?

I agree on what you said, I personally think it would be amazing to have the option in the settings menu so the player can decide on having or not having animation speed up. I wish we could work on it straight away but unfortunately we have some issues in the game which we need to focus on right now. That's why for us it takes more time to introduce or remove features. But I'll make sure to remind our team about this so we can take a decision soon.

It would be great to have some sort of choice, be it in the settings or at least at the end of each life. Losing a game and having to sit and wait for all the flowers to bloom before you can retry is awfully frustrating. Giving us the choice then suddenly taking it completly away only made that part worse, because now we know what could be. Why only satisfy the people that dont want it, especially when it would be easy to satisfy both sides?

On another note, I love the game and the fact that you all actually answer questions for people so expeditiously. You all are great!

I agree with having the option to speed through the blasts. I didn't think it was distracting. It's great to be able to able to pick and choose per level.

We have disabled it because even with having the option of speed the blossoms up, players in general weren't happy about the feature. We'll keep investigating how we can improve Blossom Blast experience! Thanks for your feedback on this!

After having the option to speed thru blooming by tapping the screen, that option has suddenly been removed altogether. Can we please get it back? Yes, at times watching the flowers bloom is satisfying but other times I just want a quick game in those few minutes between obligations. Removing that option makes gameplay entirely too slow for a quick in between game.

Hey all! I wanted to inform you that after the feedback received we decided to remove the auto-increase of speed for the blooms

As @RH0828 mentioned, some of you will still have the option to speed up the animation, but in this case only if you tap the screen. Right now our developers are on vacation so we can't change the design, but once they're back we'll consider other options like adding this in the settings menu or just showing the label "tap to skip" once.

Hi, so it looks like we now have the option, but it gives you the option every time, in big bright letters across the screen. Can we just change it in the settings? It's very annoying to have to see that making the screen ugly. There is a better way to do it!

Thanks for sharing our concerns. Watching the flowers bloom is exciting, you get to see what's going to happen, and see what you did right or wrong so you can improve as a player. It's such an essential part of the game, I don't know why anyone would skip it! But if they want to they can have that option!
