Level 1465

Hi there I'm having trouble with  level 1465, I get half way thru it and then I'm unable to swipe, the game doesn't freeze its still clear and the flowers pulse as they wait for a swipe movement but I cant swipe anything or any where, I can't even tap the palette at the bottom to use a tool to paint or water flowers. This has never happened in any other level. It seems to be random also, just happens when ever. I only play this game on my galaxy S8+ with a perfect screen. Sadly I have to go out of the level to restart and then it happens again and I lose another life, its getting frustrating please help.

Please note that the last resort is reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters and lives you have collected.
