Messages Disappear in Blossom Blast

Most of the time when I get a notice for a message, there isn't a message there.  I've been playing about six weeks now, and I've only gotten one actual message.  It was for a free life.  I'm signed into the game through my Kingdom account.  Anyone know what's wrong?

    Hi @debrichmond it happened when you play offline or when you don’t have strong WiFi. Other factor also when you have too many browser open on your device.
