    @addybee do test ur wifi and data speed to see is it fast enough... can u play other king games ? Or non king games ?

    I have outstanding WiFi and yes I do this is the only game it happens to

    Hello @addybee

    Log out of the game completely. Now clear your cache through the settings - apps - storage. Turn off your phone for 15 seconds. Now log back into your game and it should be reset.
