Losing gold bars and game freezing

I've bought gold bars for several times over the last 2 days and each time I try to extend my game into the second continue where you get the shovel also, it kicks up for me to purchase shovels, and then the gave freezes when I click ok and I don't get to continue my nearly won game and I noticed I have NO shovels even though I should have had at least 15 of them. I'm getting gyped out of the bars and shovels and wins... I'd like to have that money back... I'm trying very hard to keep my mind off the fact that my husband of 26 years died exactly one month ago today... and this game helps

I'm so sorry this has happened to you. Follow the information in this link to correct your problem, and it also tells you how to get a refund if your purchases don't show up.
