I can’t get past level 106 because nothing I do does anything to the leaf piles, what am I doing wrong?

Hi @Happygma a superbloom is created when you combine a particularly long chain with buds that have already blossomed further. When a super flower is created, the board starts to vibrate.
What is a superbloom?

All you want to do first is making a super bloom near the bottom spaces of the top garden.

To move the bushes in level 106, you need to create a super bloom right above them. That will push them away so the blossoms can fall. You'll see that same play in many more levels.
