I have lost all my games since updating TOS.

I was almost up to 500 and have gone back to the start.

I also can't find the game on Facebook any more and none of the links work on the replies to these problems.

Please help as I love this game but don't want to start over.

Hi and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am so sorry this is happening to you. This has now been fixed in our most recent game update. Make sure that you have the latest version 83.1.2. Simply go to the game page in your app store and make sure the latest version is installed. If you already have the game open, please also fully close it down and start it again. As always, we recommend that you regularly check that you have the latest update for your game, as this can help to overcome the most common technical issues. @Patsycats Hi and welcome, this has happened to a lot of people since last update they are working on a fix for this. D dont know the time frame for it but can you post your Game ID in the main post below explaining the problem.
