I did just try the game when not logged in and the game loaded fine, but when I logged in, the We are experiencing... message still remains.

Sadly debrichmond has left the mod program she no longer takes report's on blossom blast
Thanks for letting me know. I hope if it ever does get fixed that another mod or someone will come in and say something.
For about a month now Blossom Burst has not fully loaded. It stops at 96% and doesn't continue. I've waited up to an hour for it to finish loading and, nothing. What has happened?

The studio are aware of this issue for some people but as of yet i have not heard of any definite fixes for the issue
All you can do is try making sure your device and browser are up to date, log out and clear your browser cache. Restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If this does not work would try a different browser or if possible play via the mobile app as this is a lot more stable platform to play the game on
