You click on "Contact Us" only then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you to reset your progress to Level 1 on this game but it taken longer again. Thanks! 😉

You should waiting longer as Community Team is still very busy to do and help players. Until you will receive your email by King Support. 😉
